// On the Filipinos going Gaga over a Lady//
Since kakatapos lang naman ng concert ni Lady Gaga, bet ko na din magblog or magshare what I truly feel about the controversies surrounding her coming here to the Philippines.
First, I like Lady Gaga. At first it really took time bago ko sya maapreciate. In short, nag adjust talaga ako. haha. But I like it. I like na ganung way sya magpapansin. I call it intellectual na pagpapapansin. Kasi mapapaisip ka eh, you will not just appreciate the sexy steps, the chic make up, the out of this world lyrics, mapapaisip ka what is she really trying to say or portray sa audience. HAHAHA

Second, a few years ago I watched something about Lady Gaga on why she is like that (basta yun naun!). Although it was really hard for her kasi even if she had the talent to sing eh she doesn’t look like Britney, Christina or JLo. She is not as stunning as these bonggang superstars. So there came the concept na she had to be different to capture audience’s attention. She was also bullied nung bata sya and the song ‘Born This Way’ was inspired by her mother who told her to love herself for who she is and do not give a damn about what other people say because God loves her that way.

Thirdly, if there was something I love about Lady Gaga’s package is the angst! The angst that can leave your jaw hanging because she just slapped you in the face as she portrays the ‘I don’t give a damn about what you think’ image. Diba? Powerfoool! She’s bold, she’s brave, she’s fearless. She is an inspiration to everyone na basta love mo ang sarili mo, and you keep the people who love you for who you are dearly, gora lang sa buhay! Sabi nga nya, ‘I don’t give a f*ck!’ as she was singing Judas at the SM MOA Arena. Yan ang uso ngayon eh, liberate yourself from the corners of the stereotypical world. Di ko din kasi bet ang dinidiktahan ako ng gagawin sa buhay ko or makulong ako sa rules ng expectations ng people from me. Hate na hate ko yan. Nagwawala ako pag ginaganyan akech. haha

Anyhoo, lastly, to all the Anti Lady Gaga people out there, I respect your opinions. If you have fully researched (using scientific methods) your claims, eh wala na ako masay pa. Pero I challenge you to post that. To publicly spread that claim and the evidences supporting your claim. Open naman ako na basahin yan at intindihin yan. Pero as of now guys, wala. All I hear are protests and comments that Lady Gaga has a demonic echos. Nah, nakakatawa eh. Ambabaw ng dating. And yes, very true ang say ni Sir Jim Paredes,
“If your understanding of Christianity is threatened by a singer who wears funny clothes, then what a puny understanding it is.”
Why should you be threatened, diba? Fear the Lord himself, be threatened by His words. Not by just some overdressed superstar who just wants to entertain and give inspiration by being herself. So lame, actually.

And cmon Philippines, why not love Lady Gaga? She wore a Filipiniana terno on her opening number for heaven’s sake?!haha

Pero eto serious na…
Lady Gaga is just an entertainer, pipol, wag masyado mastress. Free will nga eh, anuber naman. hahaha :)
Hmmm.. ;p
